Greens Letting were managing the property I've been living in for 6 years (this is perhaps the reasons why I stayed in the house for so long). Our issue request were always dealt with timely manner based on priorities. Yes, the agent was running late in some occasions but we were always notified so, but are we always on time? Unfortunately, the landlord decided to sell the property and change the letting agency and trust me, you have no idea what's being managed by a bad agent. I recently viewed a property which was listed by greens lettings. I asked to move the appointment to an earlier time as it would be more convenient for me and the agent very kindly made an effort to get to me earlier. After viewing the property, the agent gave me a lift to my next viewing!!! Which was so wonderfully generous of her as I was running late. She was so helpful throughout the whole process, answering any questions that I had about the property and referencing process. I decided to go ahead as I love the property and they have been the most efficient agency I’ve ever dealt with whilst going through the referencing process!
